    About “Sean Michael”

    1. Sean Michael

Often referred to as Space Cowboy and Gangsta of Love while still striving for the moniker of Maurice, Sean Michael spends his days surfing, smutting, organizing his immense gourd collection and fantasizing about one day retiring on a small secluded island peopled entirely by horseshoe crabs While collecting vast amounts of vintage gay pulp novels and mood rings, Sean whiles away the hours between dropping the f bomb and persuing the kama sutra by channeling the long lost spirit of John Wayne and singing along with the soundtrack to Chicago A long time writer of complicated haiku, currently Sean is attempting to learn the advanced arts of plate spinning and soap carving sex toys.Barring any of that He ll stick with writing his stories, thanks, and rubbing pretty bodies together to see if they spark.

    1. In a nice variation of the professor/student plot, this story is about a professor with submissive tendencies and a graduate student (in another department) with the need to dominate. This story is about two men getting to know each other and exploring their kinks. Thad may pretend to be a gruff professor, but, deep down, he needs someone to take care of him, see who he really is and accept the person rather than the role he plays at work. Still being stalked by an abusive ex-lover, it isn’t e [...]

    2. 2.5 starsThe BDSM is very lite in this story and actually reads at times like an intro to BDSM. There's a crappy ex-boyfriend, mean/rude coworkers and unfortunately a pair of MCs that just didn't appeal all that much to me. The sex scenes felt somewhat repetitive and I found myself fast forwarding through some of them. Overall a bit of a disappointment.

    3. I surprisingly really loved this story. The plot was slow burning development of a new relationship, from simply sex with charisma between two main character toward making love with kinky fun. I really liked it all. The story was really well written, HOT, sex scenes between Thad and Jay. The emotions were real and well written. The end was a bit to HEA, but hey I loved it!

    4. What a curiously passionless release from Sean Michael. I've always been a huge fan, and this book just seems out of character, like it's for a different target market. The Dom is a little bit of talk and no action; this is not a BDSM romance. The plot takes a unusual turn towards the end, when an event which is, I think, supposed to be the climax of the book, just kind of washes over the characters in the weirdest way, and does not function as a climax at all.I was really looking froward to it, [...]

    5. Turned out to be a good story. Thad really needed Jay to become the person he needed to be. David was a bitch who got what he deserved. And though pushy, Jay knew what he wanted and was determined to get it.

    6. This was my least favorite story of the Hot College Daze collection for a number of reasons. I really didn't understand the character of Thad Wells, the professor, and couldn't connect with him at all. The novella starts and he's gruff and off-putting. When he bumps into TA Jay Banner, Jay begins to pursue Thad. The story implies that Thad has had some troubles with his on-campus relationships in the past, but it's not explained right away yet Thad and Jay almost immediately jump into a sexual r [...]

    7. Professor Thad Wells knows he's on shaky ground as a member of the faculty. A series of scandals brought on by a jealous and abusive ex-lover has cast doubts on both his character and his abilities as a scholar. So he's focused on his work and letting it speak for itself. Until he runs into Jay Banner, a graduate student in another department, who only complicates everything. Even though Thad knows better, he can't help the way he's drawn to Jay. But both of them have secrets--and can a relation [...]

    8. Holy shittake. The steam factor in this one was through the roof. Homaghad. I feel like there was so much missing about the characters. But, at the same time, you learn so much about them. That doesn't make sense. I'll explain. There's not much development in terms of their past. You don't really know where they're from, what their family lives were like etc. But, you learn why they are how they are now. You learn what makes them drawn to one another. What makes them work. So, I guess sometimes [...]

    9. I kind of liked that the BDSM was light, sometimes with those books the ritual and role-play gets in the way of the story and the relationship. Mostly I liked this book though, because I was picking out bits of Ottawa and Canadiana in the setting. (Nerd!)

    10. Well wow i just loved Jay and ThadThey were so good togetherere could have been bit more of the stalker issue with Thads ex but this is sean michael and he did what he does bests us hot guys and hot sex x

    11. I liked the beginning, but then it started to become all about the sex. I also felt uncomfortable reading the sex scenes, mainly because I felt like Jay was pushing his lifestyle on Thad (what an astoundingly cringe worthy name eh).

    12. Despite Thad's fears he takes a chance and it was great to see him have a chance at a wonderful relationship with someone who can truly appreciate him. I love it when characters have had a hard past and get the chance of better times.

    13. Очень милая история, в обычном стиле автора. Очень надеюсь, что будет продолжение.

    14. Thad an professor meets jay, things get serious straight away. But there are secret in both guys will they be able to handle them when the time comes.

    15. I liked it and I did like Jay, I'm not sure I'd call it a bdsm book. It skirted it with some talk but no real action.
