    1. I worked through this with my daughter who struggles with anxiety, and there were some helpful tips in here. My critique is that it seems to be all over the place for age ranges - it says it is geared toward tweens and teens, but parts seemed written for much younger children. Overall, it was worth picking through and getting some helpful hints.

    2. Helpful book for people with anxiety. It helped me to think about my thoughts and try and find another way to tackle them. I also liked the interactivity in the book, although it was near impossible to do this with a Kindle. I don't really like the cover-this book is aimed towards teenagers and the cover looks quite childish-but I really liked the stories of other people's anxiety that were dotted around the book and how the author took the time to explain everything in a clear way.
