    1. This is one of those help-you-sleep audios that actually worked for me. I enjoyed the narrator's voice, mellow and not new-age. There's a low hum that helps too. I'm going to try another in the series. They have positive affirmations sprinkled in, but I never noticed until I fast forwarded to a part towards the end. You listen for 8 hours.Worked for me! I got it on Hoopla.
